We offer the option to run the entire 360 process in-house where we train your staff to administer 360s and use our web-enabled, secure system. The system is exclusive to your organisation, with your own branding and questions. Alternatively we can undertake the entire process on your behalf including the communications, customisation of questions, administration, delivery, feedback and action planning.
