Jane Walker has a well-established track record in the recruitment industry in both Wellington and Auckland. She was a founding Director of Momentum Consulting Group and has been working in the recruitment industry for over 14 years, holding senior consulting, management and director positions. Jane has successfully managed large organisational staff transfers and restructuring projects in both the public and private sectors.
Eugene has worked in the recruitment and human resource consulting industry since 1991 and has a well established track record in New Zealand. His career began as a consultant psychologist and in 1996 he moved on to establish the Organisational Development division of a national HR consultancy. In 2004 he became one of the founding Directors of H2R Consulting.
Bernadette has a national role coaching our consultants to ensure they are able to perform to the best of their ability and to ensure that H2R provides consistently high quality service. Bernadette has an outstanding track record as a top consultant and more recently as a Manager of our Wellington contracting team. She has also undertaken a wide range of operational roles across the private and public sectors.
Sally has extensive sales, marketing and business development experience gained over 20 years of working in a number of fields. These include the pharmaceutical industry, retail merchandising and marketing arena and the not-for-profit sector. Having worked her way through the ranks in a number of large and small organisations in varied but related positions, Sally has an excellent understanding of the various aspects of these roles and the skills and experience needed to be successful.
Carolyn has 16 years experience in executive recruitment gained in Wellington and Auckland across private, public, not-for-profit and education sectors. She has held several Executive Management and Director positions where she has led, developed and implemented executive search and selection strategies, candidate attraction strategies, talent management models, employer branding, and marketing communications. Carolyn specialises in government, human resources, and management.
Lucy has a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology and a Bachelor of Consumer Applied Science majoring in Community and Family Studies from Otago University. Lucy specialises in recruiting in the Human Resources, Government, Local Authority and NGO sectors.
Lynda is an experienced lawyer with Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts degrees from Auckland University. Prior to joining H2R Consulting, Lynda was a senior consultant with a leading New Zealand legal recruitment company where she specialised in recruiting lawyers for law firms and in-house roles. Lynda now specialises in recruiting for the health, human resource, government and legal sectors.
Kalv (aka the Kalvinator) has a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the London School of Economics & Political Science. He has gained in-depth knowledge and experience within operations and sales management roles for both the public and private sectors and has most recently owned his own business in the UK.
Christian has over 15 years of experience in the Sales/Marketing and Communications Areas. This includes five years in the recruitment industry. Christian has worked his way through the ranks to achieve his record to date so has an excellent understanding of the requirements needed within these fields. From Sales Executives through to Key Account/Sales Management and Marketing/Product Management roles.
Hayden has a Bachelor of Commerce from Victoria University majoring in Accounting and Commercial Law. Hayden joined H2R in 2006 as part of the internal finance team before moving into an Accounting and Finance Specialist recruitment role. In addition to accounting and finance professionals, Hayden also specialises in GIS and Geospatial roles where he has developed strong national and international sourcing channels.
Anita has a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in HR Management and Industrial Relations from Victoria University. She started her career in the recruitment industry with H2R in 2007 and has worked on both contracting and permanent recruitment roles. Anita specialises in HR, Organisational Development, Knowledge Management and Business Analyst roles.
Katerina manages our Wellington Contracting team and has worked in large multi-national corporations in Japan and New Zealand. She has a background in corporate support and human resources. She is an experienced consultant and has developed a strong reputation for high quality delivery in the Wellington market.
Georgina started with H2R Consulting in 2005 and has worked in both the Executive Contracting and Permanent recruitment teams. She has a wealth of experience having worked in multi national recruitment companies in Australia. Georgina is one of our contracting specialists and has her finger on the pulse of the contracting market.
Jo has a diverse background in legal, local government and property roles. She has a law degree, 5 years experience in legal practice particularly family, property and governance, and 5 years work experience in local government in Queenstown in a multi disciplinary role covering human resources, governance, legal, policy and communications.
Prior to joining H2R, Jason was Business Development Manager for one of New Zealand’s leading audio-visual companies, working closely with organisations in both the public and private sector. After 18 months working on Permanent Recruitment, Jason has recently made the transition into H2R’s Organisational Development team. He has been involved in many OD projects, including staff engagement surveys, interviewing and assessment, and running recruitment workshops.
Hayley is a registered industrial and organisational psychologist who has a background that includes four years as a consultant psychologist in a NZ owned consultancy and two years as a Senior Human Resource Consultant in the banking sector. Her main areas of expertise include assessment testing, high performance modeling, 360-degree surveys, staff opinion surveys, and career assistance.
Leah has a background working in both the recruitment industry and in multi-national consulting firms. She has returned to New Zealand after three years in London. Leah's role is to manage the candidate database and assist consultants with database and network search. (Leah is currently on maternity leave and will be back in 2010)
