Eugene has worked in the recruitment and human resource consulting industry since 1991 and has a well established track record in New Zealand. In 2004 he became one of the founding Directors of H2R Consulting.

She has extensive experience in recruitment having led several high profile agencies in the Auckland market. She has first hand knowledge of senior GM, HR, OD, Sales, and Operations positions within well known brands across various sectors in New Zealand.
Victoria specialises in the recruitment of contract positions across all disciplines. She joined H2R with over ten years experience in Account Management, Advertising, PR and Events. Victoria has managed services for clients across a wide range of sectors and, having been a contractor herself in the past, she understands the unique challenges and demands of the contracting space.
Karen Hawn specialises in the recruitment of Advertising, Sales, Marketing and Communications roles. She has extensive senior experience in the Advertising industry, having spent 20 years in Account Director, Client Service Director and Management positions across a number of leading agencies here in New Zealand and internationally.
Lucy has a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology and a Bachelor of Consumer Applied Science majoring in Community and Family Studies from Otago University. Lucy specialises in Sales, Marketing, Communications, HR and Operations positions. She is experienced working with a range of clients across the Private, Government, and Not - For - Profit Sectors.
Naomi started with H2R in early 2010. She has a B.Com in Employment Relations and has held HR and Contact Centre roles in the banking sector. At H2R she specialises in recruiting Admin/Support and Contact Centre roles as well as providing Psych/OD consulting services.
Katerina has worked in large multi-national corporations in Japan and New Zealand. She has a background in corporate support and human resources. She is an experienced consultant and has developed a strong reputation for high quality delivery in the Wellington market.
Georgina started with H2R Consulting in 2005 and has worked in both the Executive Contracting and Permanent recruitment teams. She has a wealth of experience having worked in multi national recruitment companies in Australia. Georgina is one of our contracting specialists and has her finger on the pulse of the contracting market.

Melissa specialises in the recruitment of Sales, Marketing, Communications, Contact Centre and Customer Service staff. She has a background in the advertising industry and joined H2R in early 2011.
Joanna is a qualified solicitor who has also worked as an advisor to local government and corporates on governance, regulatory and compliance matters. She has four years recruitment experience, primarily in the public sector. Joanna has placed a number of specialist management and advisory positions in legal, policy and technical areas for government and private sector organisations.
Katie has extensive experience in corporate support roles both in public and private sectors. Most recently she cemented this experience in a high profile PMO within the Government. Katie specialises in permanent Marketing/Communications, Programme and Project Management, and Planning and Reporting roles.
Louise has a strong background in executive support within the New Zealand public sector and the Imperial College's Faculty of Medicine in London. She is passionate about providing outstanding service and is part of H2R's permanent recruitment team. Louise specialises in HR, Organisational Development and Knowledge Management roles.
Amie specialises in the recruitment of senior finance and HR roles. Her background includes experience working in the internal recruitment team of a large corporate as well as in service delivery roles.
Sarah has a Bachelor of Commerce in HR and Marketing. She has experience working in retail and marketing sector with high profile global brands. Sarah specialises in recruiting Admin Support roles as well as resourcing across a range of disciplines.
Prior to joining H2R in 2007, Jason was Business Development Manager for one of New Zealand’s leading audio-visual companies, working closely with organisations in both the public and private sector. Jason has established a sound reputation for quality service and has led many OD projects, including staff engagement surveys, High Perfomance Modelling and assessment. He is fully certified to interpret the Genesys range of tests.
Skee joined H2R in 2010 and is currently completing a Masters Degree in I/O Psychology. She has completed research into High Performance Modelling and Contact Centre Assessment processes. Skee's work experience includes customer service, sales, admin, supervision and management roles in hospitality and retail.
Gemma joined H2R in early 2008 after migrating from sunny Hawkes Bay. She is responsible for managing our Psych Assessment systems and carrying out test administration for our Psych/OD team. She also provides support to our Legal, Policy and HR recruitment specialists.
