We offer guidance to individuals who want to explore the next step in their career, as well as for those needing outplacement assistance. Our consultants have provided career assistance programmes for some of the largest change processes in New Zealand, with nationwide programmes offering quality support, career advice and job search assistance to affected staff.
We have three levels of programmes that can be selected, depending on the level of support required. We also tailor programmes to suit a specific individual's or client's requirements.
One-month programme - CV preparation, interview skills training, job search guidance, and career options exercise.
Three-month programme - CV preparation, interview skills training, job search assistance and follow up for three months, career options exercise, psychometric assessment and optional financial status review.
Six-month programme - CV preparation, interview skills training, job search assistance and follow up for six months, career options exercise, psychometric assessment, optional budgeting and financial advice with a financial status report.

Our workshops are a cost effective way to provide support to groups of staff wanting advice and support regarding the next step in their career. We can provide workshops for up to 10 individuals at a time. These workshops will cover topics such as: CV preparation, interview skills, dealing with recruitment agencies, and coping with psychometric tests.
