We partner with a wide range of clients, from government agencies to private sector organisations, and are currently seeking talented and experienced HR Coordinators to join our Waikato talent pool.

Our clients need HR Coordinators who can:

• Manage HR inboxes and provide day-to-day HR support
• Maintain employee records and HRIS systems
• Prepare employment agreements, contract variations and HR documentation
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support recruitment activities, including advertising, interview coordination, and candidate communication
• Assist with HR projects, change management and process improvements
• Build strong working relationships with employees and managers

About you:
With at least 1-year proven experience as an HR Administrator/Coordinator, you will have a good understanding of New Zealand employment legislation and HR best practices. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
