Hayley has been in the H2R family since 2006. She completed her psychology registration in 2004 and has a first class Honours degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology. With over 14 years experience as a consultant psychologist, Hayley now leads the H2R's Organisational Development team on a national basis. She also works closely with Regional Manager Lucy McLernon to manage the Auckland Office.
Hayley is certified to interpret the SHL, Hogan and Genesys range of tests. She is also a qualified Executive coach.
