Accounts Administrator – Part Time


H2R are urgently looking to locate a skilled Accounts Payable professional. This position is an important position within an existing AP / Purchasing Team of 5 people so plenty of Support.

The role will also be used to assist with AR from time to time, so knowledge in this will be required.

The pay sits anywhere from $55,000 – $57,000 per annum prorated to part time (30 hours). The role can be worked from the office or home once trained or a mixture. The role does require you to be flexible with days on and off within reason. All within business hours Mon – Fri.

Please apply if you have:
– 2-3 years experience in large volume AP and AR
– Knowledge and experience with end to end AP
– knowledge / experience of debits and credits
– understanding of purchasing process
– good experience / knowledge of Excel
The client is based in the Wellington CBD in brand new premises. This position is for a fixed term of Six Months initially, however is likely to extend. It includes Life Insurance benefits.
