About the role

This eight month fixed term role is a fantastic opportunity for a health, safety and wellbeing professional to join this small and collaborative team.

In this role you will be responsible for providing operational advice and guidance across all aspects of health, safety and wellbeing. This will include contributing to key projects, advising on processes, and providing support, guidance and coaching to identify, manage and remove/minimise risks and issues.

This role offers a great opportunity to proactively engage with staff and stakeholders in the primary industry in continuing to uplift engagement in Health, Safety and Wellbeing initiatives and requirements.

  
About you

To be successful in performing this role you’ll bring the following skills and attributes:

• Health, Safety and Wellbeing experience at Advisor or Senior Advisor level.
• Excellent relationship management skills with a proven ability to influence.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current legislation relating to health and safety.
• A strong process and operations focus while also being able to get out into the field.
