H2R Technology are on the lookout for an experienced Agile Coach to take the lead on the embedding Agile Ways of Working across this small public sector organisation. 

There is appetite across the business for change. They’re wanting to work to transform their business, introducing a Product Model that represents a wanted shift in culture, behaviour, skills, and practices.

As an Agile Coach, you’ll work with Product Sponsors, Product Owners, and Application Owners to build their capability to actively manage products and deliver measurable business outcomes. You’ll help define and embed agile processes, practices and artefacts whilst guiding teams to adopt new ways of working.

Responsible: 

• Co-design and rollout an Agile Framework, combining the  organisations values with a product based approach. 
• Establish and facilitate the routine for Agile ceremonies across the teams
• Assist in the creation of the foundational product strategies, roadmaps, and backlogs.
• Help present and help coach product teams, product owners, and application owners to embed Agile practices in day-to-day delivery. 
• Track feedback and progress using metrics

About You

• Proven Agile Coach or Scrum Master experience in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of agile frameworks and product-led delivery.
• Confident coaching senior leaders and teams through transformation.
• Excellent communicator and facilitator who inspires mindset change.
• Relevant agile or coaching certifications are a plus.
