Are you experienced in Finance Systems and have a strong understanding of financial processes?

We’re looking for a proactive professional to support the enhancement of the Technology One (TechOne) platform, ensuring it aligns with business needs and operates effectively.

Following the recent implementation of TechOne, some modules require adjustments to improve functionality.

This contract role will play a key part in bridging the gap between the Finance team and TechOne consultants, driving system upgrades and ensuring seamless integration.

What you’ll be doing:

• Acting as the liaison between the Finance team and TechOne consultants
• Scoping system changes and enhancements to address module inefficiencies
• Supporting the implementation of upgrades and improvements
• Developing training materials and delivering internal training sessions
• Troubleshooting system issues and providing ongoing support
• Collaborating with the Finance team to ensure BAU processes run smoothly

What we’re looking for:

• Experience with Technology One (TechOne)
• Strong financial background, with knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and financial reporting
• Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive problem-solver with a focus on process improvement
• Experience developing and delivering user training
