H2R Consulting are exclusively recruiting on behalf of a Wellington based business for a number of Customer Experience Advisers for their call centre.

The role is to provide a world class standard of customer service to the customers of this organisation. The Customer Experience Advisor role is pivotal to the success of the business, by providing our customers with friendly helpful service that builds a brand promise, drives customer loyalty and increases shareholder value in areas such as:

● Customer retention, through providing outstanding service
● One touch resolution
● Providing accurate information
● Support and delivery the core brand values
● Support and ensure effective implementation of core business values
including legislative and process compliance

Specific Responsibilities

● Answering emails, calls and live chat on behalf of the business
● Answering complex queries via inbound and outbound channels (residential and business customers)
● Monitoring and responding to any social media needs on behalf of us
● To provide subject matter expertise on CX information and processes to other areas of the business
● Following-up enquiries and incomplete applications as allocated
● Outbound calling leads
● Other duties as required
