Our client is a national organisation, playing an integral part in improving the educational abilities of New Zealanders.  Your role in this team will be critical to ensuring the vital service is sustainable.  Please note this role is 24 hours per week.

Responsible for the strategic oversight, capability, and delivery performance of the organisation, you will lead a team of five direct reports and approximately 200 indirect reports. Core areas of responsibility include Sales and Marketing, Compliance and Quality, Reporting Workforce as well as Programme development and management.
This role will play a critical role in supporting the organisation, ensuring that they have the right processes, systems and programmes in place to achieve their strategic goals. Stakeholder management is key, as this role will be responsible for engaging with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
The COO will bring with them a strategic approach, a continuous improvement lens, experience with digital transformation, and a commercial outlook. Leadership will be critical in this role as you will be required to bring together a newly created team, providing support and guidance to operate in a collaborative and future focused manner.
