Customer Service Representative

Permanent / Full Time

As a part of a small team, you will be responsible for answering inbound and outbound calls, providing technical support and sales support to customers and clients. Additionally, you will assist with the day-to-day administration of the office, such as ordering and storing office supplies, organising and storing company documents, and arranging meetings.

To be successful in this role, you must have;

• Excellent Customer Service experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Willing to show initiative
• Strong communication skills
• Great organisational skills
