Data integrity & Audit Analyst

With the high volume of data managed by the Recruitment team, it is imperative that the quality and management of that data is audited and improved to ensure the output and insights are valuable and efficient to access.

We’re looking for a candidate who has the technical abilities to audit data, run and manipulate reports, and who has an understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).  They then need to be able to use their influencing and coaching skills to work across the Recruitment, HR, IT and external vendor teams to utilise the insights from this data to provide more effective and streamlined outputs.

You will own the production of monthly reports and be able to provide valuable information around trend reporting, sourcing effectiveness and process tracking, all with the view of working with your Recruitment colleagues to ensure the data is accurate and informative.
