Our client is looking for a Document and Training Support Coordinator on a 6-month fixed term contract starting ASAP. In this role you will offer administrative support to mainly Underwriters across a range of products. You will administer policy and process documentation, along with renewal and pre-renewal writing documentation. This includes acting as the central point for collection and application of updates to training documentation as result of feedback from SMEs. You will utilise internal systems to ensure all documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner. There is also opportunity to assist with the planning and running of training sessions. This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of the value chain within this organisation.

About You:
Ideally you will have a high attention to detail, enjoy working in process-based administration, and have a can-do attitude. You will also have a flexible and adaptable approach along with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a down to earth team.

  • A teaching/training background is preferable, but not necessary
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Excellent self-management skills
  • Great organisational skills
  • An Insurance background is advantageous but not necessary
