Exciting opportunity for an experienced EA to join our clients and provide support to the Regional Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing diary/inbox, monitoring communications via emails and phones, managing meetings & appointments, minute taking, ad hoc administration and working alongside other EA’s to support the wider business projects. This role will also see you plan and coordinate events and meetings for the Leadership team.

To be successful in this role, you must:

– Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills – in particular, PowerPoint
– Ability to excel in a fast-paced agile environment
– Openness to pitch in with tasks no matter how big or how small
– Proven Executive Assistant or strong Personal Assistant experience
– Ability to be adaptable and flexible
– Your ability to anticipate the needs of those you are supporting and provide       proactive solutions
– Exceptional relationship management and communication skills
