We are looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to keep the wheels turning for a large and complex public sector organisation with a large fleet of vehicles. This is a 3 month, ASAP start contract. 

You will have experience in management of specialist services in vehicle fleet transition from petrol powered vehicles to electric vehicles including associated property civil works and working with suppliers and/or electrical services fields and an appreciation of the wider environmental carbon reduction emissions requirements. You will also have experience in managing key suppliers of services in the EV charger and also property construction fields external to the organisation.

• A proven ability to use data and insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities, to influence and guide organisational and system-level decision making.

• Project management experience and knowledge of the disciplines and methodologies to be applied.
• Stakeholder and relationship management skills.
• Documentation and reporting writing to Boards, external funding partners including EECA to apply for funding and receive such funding including carbon emission reduction calculations.
