A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Health and Safety Business Partner to join our client’s business. This role is both strategic and operational, providing comprehensive health and safety support across the organisation creating a proactive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate and coach stakeholders on best practice health and safety processes, systems, and initiatives.
• Review incidents, providing insights and actionable recommendations for prevention.
• Advise on training needs to ensure all employees, including those in operational roles, are well-trained and knowledgeable.
• Analyse data and use safety systems to report and present health and safety outcomes to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with HR and compliance to manage audits, ensuring all safety protocols, equipment checks, and notice boards meet standards.
• Oversee the annual health and safety plan, including training schedules, and lead group training sessions as required.
• Stay proactive in health and safety by partnering with staff, coaching, and staying updated on industry best practices.
• Work across environments, ensuring consistent and proactive health and safety practices from head office to branches.
