HR Business Systems Analyst

The HR Business Systems Analyst supports the HR Systems and Insights team to ensure the HR systems provides optimal support for the organisation through accurate HR data and efficient system management. This includes providing accurate and timely HR systems information that meets the business requirements and contributes to system and business process changes, improvements and administration.
We are looking for candidates with;

  • Experience in business analysis and business process documentation
  • Strong HRIS technical and user support experience and experience in providing user training.
  • Experience of implementation and upgrade tasks and the ability to develop scripts to update the database and safely apply changes to the database.
  • Exposure to analysis and resolution of data and application related problems.
  • Knowledge and understanding of people and payroll policies, processes, and systems.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including vendors.
