Permanent / Full Time

This HR Consultant role supports the HR Manager and works collaboratively  with leaders throughout the business across the full range of generalist HR disciplines including reward and remuneration, workforce planning, recruitment and leadership development.

Key projects may include leading the induction and exit process, provide reporting data – including as it relates to the Official Information Act – and coordinate compensation training for leaders. 

Supporting the implementation of the overall HR strategy, the successful candidate will need to have strong influencing skills, so as to assist bringing best HR practice to life.  Together with the HR Manager, they will work with all teams, pivoting priorities and tasks as the workflow requires.
