HR Manager – Business Partnering

An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client who is a complex organisation in the healthcare sector.  They are seeking an HR Manager – Business Partnering to join their HR team and lead their business partnering function. 

Reporting into the HR Director, the HR Manager – Business Partnering will be responsible for managing a team of Business Partners and Consultants to advise, guide, and coach managers across the organisation.  The HR Manager – Business Partnering will also support the team across the full remit of HR, aiding their development. 

To be successful in this role, you will have some or all of the following attributes:
  • Proven generalist HR experience
  • Experience managing a team or direct reports
  • Comfortable managing ER/IR matters
  • Experience with unions
  • Flexible, adaptable and ability to think on your feet
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • An HR qualification would be of benefit
