HRIS Analyst

The HRIS Analyst provides support for the TechnologyOne Human Resource and Payroll system. The role is the in-house expert in the configuration and use of systems to support our business users.  Ensuring systems and processes are operating with integrity and providing all levels of the organisation with timely, relevant and accurate information to enable effective management decision making. 
Skills and experience

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or certification desirable; or over 5 years working in a Human Resources team with HRIS system implementation experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR & Payroll system process including organisation structure management, employee creation, position management, recruitment workflow management, testing for taxation or legislative changes
  • Demonstrated knowledge of good forms design, dashboard & report creation and a willingness to learn how to maintain these in TechnologyOne HR
  • A good understanding of HRIS process and technology trends and best practice
  • High technical aptitude for, and experience with implementing new business processes, and solving problems relating to enterprise HRIS management systems
  • Strong business analysis skills, including business requirements gathering, solution definition and specification
  • Highly proficient with standard business tools such as MS Excel and ability to pick up and learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including coaching and informing others and describing technical solutions in business friendly language
  • Confidence to deliver presentations and training courses, recognising and adjusting approach to different audiences
