In order to achieve that, we’re looking for an experienced Practice Manager who is passionate about enhancing delivery methodologies, fostering leadership, and advancing people and practice maturity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and evolve delivery methodologies and processes, ensuring robustness and efficiency.
  • Guide a team of delivery professionals, providing ongoing coaching, development, and support to create a high-performing team.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure consistent, quality outcomes.
  • Focus on system optimisation to ensure consistency and quality of delivery, including talent development and team culture.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies, processes, and systems.
  • Engage in performance management, capability improvement activities, and delivery process assessments.
  • Collaborate with various groups to optimize and align processes such as resource management, delivery scheduling, and financial management.

What Makes You Ideal for This Role:

  • 10+ years of experience in a senior delivery/portfolio/product management role, ideally in an IT or related environment.
  • Proficient in a range of delivery methodologies (Agile, Iterative, Waterfall).
  • Proven track record in developing skills and capabilities of individuals and teams.
  • Strong leadership qualities with experience in managing medium to large teams.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with key stakeholders, with a flair for influencing, conflict management, and negotiation.
  • Ability to articulate and communicate risks and decisions aligned with business strategy.
  • High integrity, initiative, self-management skills, and flexibility in approach.
