Are you a customer-focused IT professional with solid ICT support experience and a drive to deliver great outcomes? We’re looking for someone with a proactive, can-do attitude to take ownership of front-line support and ensure staff receive timely, helpful assistance. You’ll be the go-to for resolving day-to-day issues, managing the service desk, and helping people get the most from their tech—so strong communication and a genuine interest in helping others is a must.
We’re after someone who knows their way around ICT support and thrives in a hands-on environment. If you have experience troubleshooting hardware, supporting end-users, and managing service desk systems, we want to hear from you. You’ll also liaise with external vendors, help train staff, and keep a clear log of what’s working (and what’s not). You’ll be a key part of improving service delivery and supporting a wider team that’s always looking to raise the bar.

Key Aspects of the Role:

  • Lead day-to-day ICT support and service desk operations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and systems issues
  • Manage service desk workflows and knowledge base
  • Liaise with vendors and escalate issues when needed
  • Assist with hardware provisioning and device management
  • Contribute to cloud, networking, and security projects over time

  • Proven experience in ICT support roles (this is a must-have)
  • A customer-first mindset with strong communication skills
  • Confidence working directly with people across all levels of a business
  • A positive attitude and willingness to pitch in and learn
  • Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Interest in cloud, security, and infrastructure—experience here is a bonus
