Learning and Development Manager

Contract or Temp

This role is a 12 month fixed term contract and will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of learning and development initiatives within this well-known organisation whilst they are going through a period of change.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining the provision of the standing L&D programme, utilising blended learning methodologies
  • Designing, delivering and/or supporting broader people strategies, processes and activities that support objectives of being a high performing organisation, including talent management, succession planning and performance management
  • Leading a small team with an L&D Administrator and a Technical Trainer.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is commercially focused, and has the drive to get things done with the capability and credibility to work with the executive team.
  • Has experience leading L&D strategy, programmes and initiatives
  • Can maintain high standards, while having the ability to grow the L&D offering in alignment within a changing environment
