BGT Structures (BGT) is a leading structural engineering business that has been around for 50 years and has an excellent industry wide reputation and is well regarded by its clients. They have 30 people within the organisation and are looking to bring on board a fantastic Office and Project Administrator. BGT is looking for a vibrant Office and Project Administrator to join the team.  In this role you will be the first point of contact for clients, liaise with suppliers, and ensure that the office is well stocked. You will also be involved in generating reports, project administration, document management, data input and ensure the office is run smoothly and efficiently.
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following skills and attributes:

  • 1- 2 years administrative experience
  • Top notch communication skills, both verbal and written
  • An ability to build strong working relationships with a range of people
  • Exceptional attention to detail and sound judgement
  • The ability to be reactive and keep cool under pressure
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Deadline driven

Whilst it is not essential, it would be beneficial for you to have experience gained from within engineering, design and construction environments. This really is a unique role, which will see you spend 50% of your time providing administrative support with the other 50% on project administration.
