We have an exciting opportunity with our client who is looking for an experienced Office Manager on a 9 month fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave. You will work collaboratively to support the day to day running of the office, assist with developing and implementing administration systems, support and work across projects, coordinate and assist with payroll and HR, along with supporting the Directors with Dairy and travel management as well as secretarial duties.

To be successful in this role, you must have;

  • Experience in a Senior Office Administrator/Manager role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Advance user of MS Office Suite
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Great organisational skills
