H2R is currently on the lookout (on behalf) for a talented Payroll HR Systems Analyst. This position is as follows:

– 12 month fixed term
– $160,000 (flexible for the right level of experience)
– Right hand to manager
– Go to person for all Systems testing and roll-out
– Current state systems role
– 3 days required in office (flex start finish times
– lovely supportive team

This candidate is responsible for providing leadership, oversight and advice across all HR technical systems and related processes within People and Capability.

Some of the tasks involved:

  • Ensure that appropriate oversight and controls are in place for HR applications to meet external and internal and other compliance standards and regulations.
  • Maintain HR application security and access rights, ensuring that the HR applications align with the org’s ICT security requirements e.g. password policy and staff are granted the appropriate security access to information.
  • Provide oversight of data integrity in HR applications, working closely with members of the team to ensure processes, procedures and standards are developed and used.
  • Ensure HR applications are ‘fit for purpose’ and functionating effectively. Lead or participate in projects to Implement new, maintain, fix or enhance system capabilities. The following work should be managed: planning, impact analysis, resourcing, testing, security communicating, training, processes documentation.
  • In line with changes to employee agreements and HR policy, make necessary configuration changes (e.g. Leave schemes, pay elements, formulas) to the HR application, ensuring that appropriate testing is conducted prior to implementation into Production.
