Our client is an architecture and design firm based in Parnell. They are seeking a proactive P&C Administrator to support in a range of generalist and recruitment tasks. You will be responsible for managing all P&C administration, HRIS maintenance, contract and letter of offer generations, and ad hoc support to the Recruitment and Business Partners. Alongside this you will have the opportunity to support in payroll, onboard, offboarding and graduate recruitment drives.

This is a busy and varied role that will give you the opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive team environment.

Ideally for this role you have:
 

  • Previous experience working as an HR Coordination/Administration
  • High Attention to detail
  • Intermediate Microsoft excel skills
  • Proactive and committed to on-going learning
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively
  • Be focused and approachable
