People and Culture Analyst Administrator

Permanent / Full Time

Exciting opportunity to join the People and Culture team with our clients. Reporting into the Head of People and Culture, in this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordination to the People and Culture team, maintaining HR data for monthly reporting as well as assisting in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects. You will also work towards improving the data reporting to deliver proactive information to the People and Culture Leadership team that will help towards making business decisions.
To be successful in this role you must have;

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to create reports and interpret the data
  • Advanced Excel user
  • Ability to create pivot tables and Vlookup
  • Excellent administration skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Flexible
