A fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused People & Culture Manager to join an innovative and successful professional services business has arisen.  Reporting into the General Manager this role will see you support the NZ business across three locations. 

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing both strategic and operational HR support.  As well as BAU HR activities it will be your role to put in place processes, systems, and programmes to ensure that best practice HR is adopted.  Key programmes of work will also see you focusing on talent development, management capability as well as building a highly engaged and collaborative workforce.

With a junior team, you will be collaborative and comfortable coaching and developing others. You pride yourself on your ability to build strong relationships across all levels and are proven at becoming a trusted advisor. You will enjoy adding value to the business and are truly focused on the customer.
