We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist or Clinic Administrator to hit the ground running in this 4–6-week temp assignment.

Our client is a well-known sporting organisation who are seeking an administrator or receptionist with excellent organisational skills to run the Healthcare Clinic’s front desk.

Ideally you will have experience working in a Physio, Healthcare or Sports care clinic, with the ability to manage ACC administration, client bookings and answering queries via phone and email. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, supporting in typing referral letters, and managing health insurance paperwork as well.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

  • Previous experience working in a sports or health clinic
  • Ability to process health insurance and ACC paperwork
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to use your initiative to complete tasks
  • An interest in health and sport is advantageous
