About the role
Join a recognised consumer  brand for a hands-on merchandising project this summer. You’ll visit convenience stores across the Coromandel region to replenish stock, ensure correct product placement, and maintain in-store displays for a popular vape range.
This is a great opportunity for someone organised, reliable, and self-motivated who enjoys working independently and takes pride in presentation. You’ll have full support from an Auckland-based manager who will assist with route plans and any queries.

Duties

• Visit approximately 15 retail sites weekly across the Coromandel
• Replenish stock and maintain display standards
• Check inventory levels and report updates to the Territory Manager
• Follow a weekly cycle plan and prioritise stores running low on product
• Engage professionally with store owners and staff

Skills & experience

• Full NZ driver’s licence and confidence travelling independently
• Reliable, proactive, and well-organised
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working autonomously and following set plans
• Previous retail or merchandising experience a bonus but not required

Additional information

• Temporary full-time role – 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday
• 1st December – 31st January (excluding public holidays)
• Vehicle and fuel provided
• Must be based in the Coromandel (no accommodation allowance)
• Must be comfortable representing a vape product/brand
