About the position:
We are seeking a Project Manager to join TRC for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will be responsible for establishing project frameworks, creating comprehensive project plans, and introducing methodologies and tools to ensure that the projects/programmes are delivering the commercial results. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Community Outcomes, you will work with a passionate team to ensure that their projects are set up for success and delivering the results.
Skills and Attributes:
The ideal candidate will have extensive Project Management experience gained across a wide range of environments being both pragmatic and practical. You will possess a comprehensive understanding of diverse frameworks, a strong background in managing tangible projects, bringing significant business acumen and structural insights. You will be able to build strong internal and external relationships and your generalist experience will enable you to create an environment where the team can learn and develop effectively.
