Procurement /Purchasing Coordinator

We’re on the lookout for someone organised, practical, and people-focused to help keep our hardware and software purchasing running smoothly.

You’ll be the go-to person for managing end-user requests, making sure they’re complete, prioritised, and moved through the system without unnecessary delays. You’ll work closely with a mix of technical, commercial, and service teams, helping turn requests into delivered gear — while keeping everything tidy, compliant, and well-tracked.
What you’ll be doing day to day

  • Looking after a queue of hardware and software requests in a service system
  • Checking requests are accurate, approved, and ready to go before anything is ordered
  • Setting up purchase requests and shopping carts on behalf of end users
  • Keeping an eye on orders from start to finish — including delivery and close-out
  • Touching base with delivery and field teams to confirm items have arrived
  • Making sure orders are receipted correctly and on time
  • Pulling together straightforward monthly reports on purchases, turnaround times, and anything still outstanding
  • Answering questions, sorting issues, and flagging risks when something doesn’t look right
