Hyundai Rotem have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quality, Health and Safety expert to join their senior management team.

About the Role:
Reporting to the General Manager Rolling Stock, you will be a key contributor to the senior management team along with providing leadership and support across Health, Safety and Training to ensure effective management of the safety programme with the ultimate aim of delivering a safe and high quality rail experience for customers.
You will lead an engaged and high performing team in maintaining and continuously improving Hyundai Rotem’s Quality, Health and Safety procedures to ensure robust processes are in place. The successful incumbent will also play a key role in promoting a health and safety culture to ensure a high level of engagement and compliance across all levels.
About You
You will have extensive health and safety experience ideally working within a high risk industry environment, along with expertise in risk management. You will also be proficient in data analysis and report writing.
In addition you bring previous leadership experience alongside strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop positive relationships with both staff and key stakeholders.
