Permanent / Full Time

The role involves end-to-end recruitment, including proactive talent search, CV and phone screening, interviewing, reference and background checking.

As the Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for managing a busy and diverse portfolio of work, including technician roles such as forklift operators. The hours in this position can be flexible, our client understands the challenges of transitioning into a new role, so training and development will be provided.

To be successful in this role you would need to have the following attributes:

· Previous experience in end-to-end Recruitment
· High learning agility
· The ability to multi-task
· Results and achievement-focused
· Be Proactive and thrive in a busy team environment
· Professional with a positive, can-do attitude
· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
· Diploma / Bachelors in Human Resources or equivalent business-related field preferred but not essential.
