About the role

Reporting to the Chief People Officer and working alongside a close-knit People & Culture team, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment across the organisation – from tech and executive roles to supporting early careers. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to truly partner with the business to shape hiring outcomes.

Duties

  • Full-cycle recruitment – partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders
  • Coaching stakeholders through best-practice hiring processes
  • Managing tech and executive recruitment campaigns
  • Ownership of onboarding projects and the Early Careers Programme
  • Reporting and system management using JobAdder

Skills & experience

  • Proven experience in recruitment
  • Exposure to tech and/or senior-level recruitment
  • Confident using ATS platforms (ideally JobAdder) and running reports
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, organised, and able to work independently
