The successful candidate will have experience in managing the full end to end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding candidates.  You will also bring a positive attitude and be adaptable to change.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Screening candidates and keeping them updated with the recruitment process
  • Arranging and conducting interviews
  • Writing and posting of job advertisements
  • Conducting background checks, reference checks and general administration as required

To be considered for this role, you must have the following attributes:

  • Minimum two years in recruitment advisor role or similar
  • Highly organised and ability to multi task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Resilient and adaptable to change
