A fantastic newly created role is available for an experienced Reward and Analytics Manager to join TVNZ, one of New Zealand’s best known and most well-loved businesses. TVNZ is a state-owned, commercially funded broadcaster, that enriches the lives of New Zealanders by sharing the moments that matter to our communities, regions and people.

As the Reward and Analytics Manager, you will report into the GM of HR and will be responsible for putting in place best practice reward and analytics frameworks and programmes as well as oversee the payroll function.

Leading a small team, you will manage the annual remuneration and performance cyclical activities, as well as have the opportunity to create and implement reporting frameworks that provide the business and leaders with data and insights.  There will also be an opportunity to review systems and processes which this role will play a critical part in.

We are looking for someone who has experience managing remuneration programmes and implementing new systems, as well as setting up reporting and HR metrics to enable decisions.  If you have a continuous improvement focus, the ability to build strong relationships, outstanding communication skills, and are a strong people leader then this could be the role you have been looking for.
