An opportunity for a Senior Learning Experience Designer has arisen within one of our clients – an organisation that truly does make a difference in our community.  Reporting into the Learning Design and Operations Manager, you will ensure that innovative and engaging learning experiences meet the development needs of the people.  This will enable them to deliver on strategic business objectives and meet the future capability needs of the organisation.

As a Senior Learning and Experience Designer you will be part of a high performing agile team that is responsible for designing innovative, impactful and engaging strategic leadership and learning experiences across digital, blended, online and  face-to-face learning programmes.

You will play a key part within the team taking on a leadership role throughout all stages of the design process including discovery, design, development and evaluation. You will utilise learning needs analysis and human centred design techniques to develop and design fit for purpose programmes that will deliver best practice learning programmes. This will see you lead ideation sessions and work closely with subject matter experts to develop learning solutions.

We are looking for someone who has a strategic focus, a collaborative approach as well as the technical expertise to create programmes that tell a story and engage the end user. You will have proven experience designing and developing learning development programmes in an agile environment, human centred design, as well as experience utilising digital learning technologies such as Articulate, Adobe Creative Suites.
