What We’re Looking For?

We’re after exceptional developers who love building robust, detailed solutions to complex problems. If you’re driven, technically brilliant, and ready to step into a high-trust, high-performance environment, this is for you.

✅ Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Advanced proficiency in C# and .NET development within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with SQL databases
• Solid exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Proven end-to-end software development experience
• Natural problem-solver with a proactive mindset
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders
• A desire to build deep domain knowledge in financial systems and markets
• A background in financial services is a bonus—but a strong appetite to learn the domain is essential.

Qualifications required:

• First-class honors degree in Computer Science (or related) from a Top 300 globally ranked university is essential.
• Excellent High School graduation grades is required to progress. 
• NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency is essential for all candidates.
