We have an exciting opportunity for a Strategy and Performance Advisor on a part time basis until December 2022 based in Ellerslie.
  
Working for an organisation that has a positive impact on the community all around New Zealand. The Strategy and Performance Advisor role will support the Senior Management team and works cross-functionally, collaborating as a business partner, to enable sustainable strategic success. Along with supporting the strategy execution by advising, assisting, coaching and facilitating with the Senior Management Team (collectively and individually), with initiative sponsors and with members of the Wider Leadership Group.
  
The role has two main responsibilities, to embed and mature the demand management processes into management culture and to facilitate the continuing development and extension of the Performance Measurement Framework (PMF).
  
To be successful in this role, you must bring;

  • Experience as a Strategy Manager or Portfolio Manager in a complex organisation.
  • An understanding of Performance Management Frameworks and experience in delivering performance improvements.
  • Outstanding stakeholder relationship skills and experience working with senior leadership teams.
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to identify and address changing and conflicting priorities, while meeting deadlines and using initiative in a range of situations.
  • Experience of facilitating, motivating and supporting the training and development of leaders working in diverse roles.
  • Experience in drafting business cases, reports, procedures, and user-friendly guidance notes.
  • Experience and skills in working with data and the use of Power BI.
  • Exceptional communicator, collaborator and influencer – able to relate to people at all levels
