We are urgently looking on behalf of a Wellington based client for talented Data / Systems Analysts to fill the perm role of Systems Administrator – Remuneration and Benefits Team.

This role sits within the Payroll / Benefits team known for its great atmosphere, reporting to an empowering leader.

Due to positive change / upward advancement this role is now soon to be vacant.

Required:

  • Good SQL
  • Good Excel
  • Operational payroll knowledge
  • Data Analysis

The System Administrator works across the Payroll Team to implement, provide and maintain remuneration and benefits information and processes. This includes data input and analysis in support of the org’s decision-making and reporting requirements.

The role analyses and joins internal and external remuneration data sources to present material to provide concise, clear regular and ad hoc reporting commentary as required. Other key elements are to identify opportunities for data and process improvement and develop associated solutions in support of the organisation and business groups.
