What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for legal roles as well as head office roles across all practice areas.
• Manage and deliver the firm’s summer clerk and graduate recruitment programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, law student societies, and external recruitment partners.
• Partner with internal stakeholders including Partners and HR to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored talent solutions.
• Champion employer branding initiatives to position the firm as an employer of choice.
• Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to support strategic workforce planning.

Who You’ll Be

You’ll be an experienced recruiter with a strong background in either a law firm or legal agency setting. You’ve successfully led graduate and summer law recruitment programs and know how to build meaningful relationships with universities, student groups, and senior stakeholders. You’re polished, professional, and confident when engaging with Partners with an ability to understand the nuances of their practice needs and deliver tailored talent solutions. With a strategic mindset and a passion for people, you’re proactive, innovative, and skilled at networking, sourcing, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including post-placement follow-ups. Most importantly, you’re driven to make a real difference by bringing in top talent that aligns with the firm’s values, culture, and long-term vision.
