Team Leader Reconcilliations

Permanent / Full Time

We are searching for a strong Reconciliations professional with the ability to lead a small team of likeminded transactional / reconciliations specialists.

Your title will be Reconciliation Team Leader. This is at first a temporary role. However it is a permanent requirement at the organisation. If you like the place and they like you, you will have the opportunity to apply for he role on a permanent basis. The temp role is until December end.

What the role involves:

The primary purpose of the role is to:
• Ensure all reconciliations for the Bank and General Ledger Accounts are completed in accordance to the timetable and accurately account for all transactions.
• Ensure all payments are made in a timely manner
• Manage the Department, Crown and Trust Accounts
• Be the subject matter expert for the Reconciliation and payment processes.
To support the delivery of these outcomes the Team Leader Reconciliation will:
• Establish effective relationships with key stakeholders.
• Provide coaching to lift performance of each individual member of the team.
The purpose of leadership in this role is to deliver (or enable others to deliver) to the organisation.

This role is based in Porirua, comes with free parking, a fun team and is a full time role (mon – fri). You will be paid weekly and on NZ Public holidays. There is also some flexibility around working from home, however as a leadership role there is a requirement to be there for the team.

The payrate is dependent on your experience and what you bring to the role: $34.00 – $40 per hour. Plus 8% holiday pay.
