The role:

The Commercial Property team is a dynamic and efficient group, and we’re seeking a Team Manager to enhance our operations and drive our growth initiatives forward. We want someone passionate about making a tangible impact, committed to fostering team development, and dedicated to expanding our thriving business.

We are in search of an experienced, strategic, and people-focused Team Manager for our Commercial Property Management division. This newly created role is crucial for equipping the team, optimising systems, ensuring client satisfaction, and planning for future growth as we scale up.

What you will do:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing commercial property management team. Drive collaboration, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure efficient processes are in place.
  • Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. Ensure timely and effective service delivery, relationship management, and resolution of issues to our clients is our utmost priority.
  • Evaluate, streamline, and implement robust systems and processes to ensure the function can be scaled up and run efficiently.
  • Actively engage in business development activities, including new business enquiries, referrals, and BDM team collaboration. Drive growth and onboard new clients seamlessly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Manage expectations, provide timely updates, and ensure client satisfaction.

Who you will be:

To succeed in this role, you will bring a minimum of four years experience in commercial property management, demonstrating a strong track record in process optimisation and scaling up business units. You will possess proven leadership skills, with the ability to develop teams, foster collaboration, and implement effective knowledge-sharing initiatives. Proficiency with property management software and IT systems is essential. You will be a natural relationship builder with a strong customer focus, business development skills, client relationship management, and strategic planning.
