H2R Technology is currently looking for a range of Technical Business Analysts to support a large transformation programme of work. 

These are 6 month contracts offering market rates and hybrid working  with the potential to extend. 

A a Technical Business Analyst you will be supporting a large scale transformation programme working within an Agile practice with this stream of work about to enter a delivery phase using a mixture of internal resources and Vendor partners. 

Key Deliverables: 

• Writing detailed requirements, user stories and detailed acceptance criteria
• Agile Sprint planning and delivery support
• Support defining and executing the process for release management including  engaging with stakeholders to complete validation, facilitating workshops and analysis feedback provided
• Manage the business acceptance process within sprints working with product owners and business delivery leads to review functionality developed to determine if this meets acceptance criteria
• Support capability uplift and troubleshooting throughout the transformation process  

Experience Required:

• Requirement gathering and writing- Ability to gather, document and validate business and technical requirements
• Vendor Management- experience working with third-party vendors or software providers involved in the transformation process
• Communication skills- Ability to write clear, concise documentation (e.g., functional specifications, user stories, and use cases) that communicates technical requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Salesforce, Mulesoft, Azure, AWSD, Adobe Experience Manager is preferable but not essential
• Experience with large scale technology transformation projects is desired
