We’re seeking a Technical Specialist – Dynamics / Power Platform who brings diversity of thought, genuine curiosity, and a desire to make an impact. This is an individual contributor role within the technology group, focused on ensuring that what’s being developed is fit for purpose, aligned with strategy, scalable, and observable. You’ll work strategically alongside senior leaders, peer review technical work, advise on design decisions, and influence platform direction and standards.

About the role:
In this position, you’ll take technical ownership of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dynamics, and Copilot Studio) across the organisation. You’ll drive the maturity, scalability, and governance of the platform, ensuring modern, safe, and cost-effective use across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Shape and deliver the Power Platform technical roadmap and governance frameworks
  • Provide oversight and contribute to environment, data, and security strategies
  • Maintain the strategic partnership with Microsoft and stay current with platform updates
  • Oversee platform performance, observability, and operational excellence
  • Review solutions, provide constructive technical feedback, and ensure alignment with standards
  • Guide developers and developers on best practice low-code development
  • Monitor licensing, costs, and capacity, optimising for scale and sustainability
  • Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure solutions are strategically aligned.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Dynamics, with 3+ years in Power Platform
  • Deep understanding of Power Platform architecture, governance, and security
  • Experience with integration, DevOps pipelines, and environment management
  • Strong working knowledge of Azure, AAD/Entra ID, and monitoring tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence, mentor, and provide technical leadership across diverse teams
