Our client is looking for a self managing candidate to complete the transition from pilot to BAU of a range of programmes that encourage diversity and inclusion within a high profile NZinc organisation.

Key strengths and experience will include:

  • management of funding streams into a range of programmes
  • the ability to influence a range of senior stakeholders with various priorities 
  • understanding how to measure the success of bodies of work, and make appropriate amendments

Working with stakeholders across New Zealand, both internally and largely externally, you will need to have strong influencing and communications skills; to be able to really listen to feedback and make changes to programme streams based on these suggestions.

Experience with wellbeing and/or diversity initiatives will be beneficial, as will an understanding of the sporting landscape in New Zealand.
