We’re looking for an outstanding leader with experience of designing, building, delivering and operating a seamless end-to-end branded experience that exceeds expectations across all customer-facing touch points.
The CBCO role will head up a newly created customer-centric department that brings together Customer Operations, Brand and Customer Marketing, Partnerships and Engagement. A direct report to the CEO, this role will play a critical role in building on the solid foundations of the N4L brand and preparing for expansion within the education system and directly to customers. This role is also responsible for the management of key stakeholders as well as ensuring that N4L’s products are delivering exceptional service and building loyalty for the N4L brand.
Who are you?
You will be a self-starter with an interest in technology and a passion for education. You are a specialist in all things “customer”, having led diverse teams including brand, operations, marketing and channel. You will have experience at building a brand that puts the customer at the heart of everything. You will understand the importance of strong people, systems and processes to deliver outstanding customer service and experience. You are an outstanding leader, commercially focused and have an open, honest and “real” communication style.
